Ta-dah.
Finally got to finish another one of the requests I had.
This one is ~RowanFiretamer's character, Storm.
If I remember correctly, he is an exiled angel.
I'm unsure if he is actually able to generate that wonderful lightning, but I noticed a lot of lightning in his original picture... so I went with it. _{_{I'm horrible at creating lightning, I'm sorry. .-. Most of that is a bunch of scribbles with a blurry overcoat.}}
